Usually the red wire at the convertor goes to the battery and the blue from the convertor go to the 12volt items. Wire is ground. The convertor should have a ground connection to the metal frame of the camper and the battery ground also goes somewhere to frame. Will a test light or voltmeter check the voltage at the battery, then the red wire, then the blue. 2 other things .... the switch, batt off covr if it hasn't been moved in a long time its contacts may be dirty. flick the switch to all positions several times to maybe get a better connection. And second your convertor will not charge your battery so plan on a battery charger to keep your battery up. Should be simple fix.
