Well Hello everyone !
This is my first post and I am happy to say I just booked site 233
You can count Brad, Suzanne and our 9 year old daughter Sidney in on our first Rally !
We are looking forward to making some new camping friends.
You can add our friends and amazing neighbors Frank, Kara and their 3 awesome kids to site 231.
We will be coming from Oneida, NY this will also be their first pop-up rally. We both bought our pups last summer !
Welcome bradnsuz07 and freinds! So glad you decided to join us, can't wait to meet you all. Got you all marked down!!!!! And Merry Christmas.
Ok just booked 239 for 12th to the 15th. Now what did i get myself into? Lol.
Me and my 7yo daughter. Hopeing there is a few kids for her to play with! Will have my own wine tasting at the campsite! It looks like a short ride to the falls, my daughter has never been there? Additionally , i will hit up darrian lakes on the way home, anyone ever go there?
Welcome to the party Sjm9911, so glad you decided to join us, got you marked down for site 239. ... i know both salandrew and crosbys2008 have awesome kids and your daughter will fit right in with them, plus i am sure everyone elses kids are just as great! both yourself and your daughter will have a great time for sure. this is going to a great rally!!!! and my wife kathy would probally love to join you in the wine tasting . never been to darrian lake myself, but certain somebody probally has and will be more than happy to share there experience there. cant wait to meet you and your family.
Darien Lake is fun. When my youngest ds was in middle school the band would travel there in the spring to compete. They would perform then the kids could go and enjoy the park. Late afternoon they would announce the scores and give out the trophies. It was alot of fun for them. I have found the food is a little pricey but I think you can bring your own.
Between the us and our neighbors we will have 4 kiddos between 4 yrs old and 9 yrs old two boys and two girls..... I am sure the kids will have a blast !!
We have an 11 year old boy that loves to make campground friends. I am sure the kids will have a great time!
Ok cool , should be a fun time. And good to here about darien lake, as i booked 3 nights there after this. Figured i was up here, and have six flags season tickets, so why not. The camp ground on the six flags property was about 60 bucks a night for full hook up site, so not that bad. This looks like a win win vacation! Thanks to all for the replies!

24 sites left in the 200 loop, but only a few closest to us as a group
Do you have any idea if there is a place to launch a canoe or kayak in 4 Mile SP? Are you allowed to launch from the water front sites? I think I read that you couldn't swim I didn't know if that was a no go for all water activities.
Snow noted that it’s about a 4ft drop to the lake from the campsites.
However, it appears that Porter On The Lake Town Park has a beach and is adjacent to 4 Mile Creek SP.
More pics of Porter Town Park here.
