add some shock..?

    hi! last year I modded my 2002 rockwood 1620, 31inch tires and soa lift... I'm planning to add some shocks any one have any experience with those : https://www.etrailer.com/Trailer-Suspension/Lippert-Components/LC281255.html ? I'm also planning to change the leaf, for prevention, my current leaf have 2 leaf should I put some with 4 like this one ? : https://www.etrailer.com/Trailer-Suspension/Universal-Group/SP-124275.html or should I put some 4000lbs ? I offroad with the popup.. any suggestion??

    I take my popup offroad and never installed shocks. Not sure if they are really necessary. And I used to take the trailer up some nasty ledges in and around Moab UT so I guess you could say I punished it a lot.

    I added shocks to mine last year. I was skeptical as to whether it would make any difference at all but I was amazed once I got it on the road. The PUP travels way more smoothly and freeway-speed ridges and holes don't have anywhere near the effect that they did before. The last 10 miles of the first trip was rough, washboarded dirt roads and the trailer just cruised along very comfortably.
