Dave I just got a 2000 Westlake my self. I like it minor repairs, check the roof. Lol and look for rot. Sometimes when looking for stuff you want you see only see the stuff you want and not the stuff that needs to be done!

Thanks for the input. I will check it out thoroughly when I go to pick it up and post back to you after tomorrow with some pics. I pray that it is as solid as they say it is.

Mine was pretty good, I found some for afterwards, I don't know anything about these things, but if it has a fron storage compratment check that good, and the walls. Espeshally if it had a water heater. For the year I would expect most screws and suck to need turning, it seams the vibrations of travel backs them out some. Most stiff can be fixed, if you haven't look up Coleman and abs roofs, i have to do mine, bit its still a good deal. Just k ow what your getting in for.

It is almost perfect and every thing works as it should. My first night of camping it rained 3 inches starting at 3 in the morning with lots of high wind and lightning. It was kind of scary but no leaks. I'm a Happy Camper.

Are there any Members here in Iowa that would like to share their favorite places to go camping and why. I like to go up to Yellow River State Forest in N.E. Iowa for the Wild Life, Seclusion, and Trout Fishing. Also the Mississippi Is just down the road from the campgrounds. There is no electric hook ups in any of the camping areas. (FYI)

She does need a couple of fixes. Gotta love ABS but I have had lots of practice fixing it as we had a 1978 Apache Ramada hard side that we restored.
It might be the stepper door that drives me the most crazy. I just replaced the lock now I have to fix the door its self as It won't close it gets hung up on the sides. As it looks like they jammed it and bent the sides

1998 Coleman Casa Grande here. Love our PUP. We renovated it a couple years ago and have made some great family memories! Click the link in my signature to see the renovation.
