I am looking online at a Forest River Flagstaff T19QBHW.
I think the cool cat is standard and includes air conditioning and heat. The sales rep says it does not include air and is $1100 to add.
The dealer who has this is not nearby, so I can't just stop in and see for myself.
Is the cool cat with air standard on all hard sides?

From what I can see from looking at the brochure online, all flagstaff (2018 )Hard side models come with a cool cat heat pump as standard equipment.

A heat pump cools and heats both.

A cool cat is a heat pump, not an AC unit. They can do differential temps, but you aren't going to get great swings in temperature from outside. If you are camping in Yuma or Texas in the summer you should seriously consider a true AC unit.

The Cool Cat in our 2017 Aliner Classic (with fabric dormers) cools just fine, even in 90+ outside temperatures. It does help to have a an additional fan to circulate the air in the cabin from the low mounted vents.

For heating, however, it is fairly ineffective once the outside temps get below 40 degrees.
