In the picture, I have 4 wires that are not connected. Black, Red, White and Orange. . Look at the diagram and cannot find the Orange wire . Any help his appreciated.

Hoping this may be the issue with the furnace starting up.

It's part of the 12v system. The orange should go to the heater blower.

How many 12 volt fuses do you have on the front of the converter panel?
The open white wire should probably be grounded to the frame of the trailer.
The open black wire in the house bundle is possibly your battery/charge line. Connect a battery to the tongue of the trailer and check for power using a multimeter or test light. If so it would connect to the power (red?) wire from the converter.

You have two 12 volt circuits, the green wire and the blue/white wire. To determine what they power turn everything on and disconnect one of the circuits at the wire nut. If one of the circuits is for a 3 way fridge I would connect the heater wire to that circuit because you shouldn't be running both the fridge on 12 volt and the heater at the same time anyway.

The Converter is toast on the DC output side. Installed a batteyr and found the missing ground wire. Now the furnace works fine. Now have issues with the light switch that is connected when the sink /galley is flipped over. Cannot get interior lights working .

When my fold over gets flipped up for use it closes this switch that looks like this photo. This engages the overhead lights in my POPUP trailer...

This is a SAFETY FEATURE on my Popup to keep the interior ceilings lights from burning holes in the tent bed ends mattress when bringing down the roof. The interior lights might accidently get turned on and be a fire hazard for you...

Different manf trailers probably do this differently but something to look for...

I checked it with a multi-meter and it is the switch that is not working anymore. Thanks
