Metal brackets?

    1994 Flagstaff pop up. These metal brackets? Are about 4 ft. long. Anyone know what they are used for? 15628768869001840420070.jpg

    Are those safety supports when the camper is raised? Snaps around two of the lift mechanisms. I've heard them discussed on other post.

    They are the safety supports for the lift posts. Place one on each side. They snap over the lift posts. If the cable snaps, the safety supports will support the roof from falling on you.

    I believe they go on opposite corners. People have made them out of PVC pipe, if you want more.

    Only 2. Place them in opposite corners like wrkrbee said. One in front right and one in rear left for example.
