I really like my Camp Chef single burner with matching griddle. It cooks as well as the Blackstone and you can use it as a burner if needed.

I got the smaller blackstone, plenty big enough. I only used it at home, but i can show pics. And ill copy from what i wrote somewhere else. I like it compared to the cheap grills. 20190501_185508-1612x784.jpg 20190502_175730-3024x1470.jpg 20190502_180628-1470x3024.jpg 20190502_182018-1470x3024.jpg

    ) grill heated up fast
    2) worked great, click igniter worked 1st time
    3) cooked even, in the middle. The sides were good to keep stuff hot
    4) clean up wasnt bad at all, i did cook some Chinese style pork, so i used sugger and honey. It did burn to a mess. But with a little water ( quarter cup) it all came off clean. I do need a bigger spatula and a grill scraper. ( i used what i had it made it harder). I made something i could make at a campground. The pork can be frozen with the marinade, rice can be boil in bags, marinade can then be cooked down for the sauce and the pepers, onions, and mushrooms can be chopped on site or at home.
Grilling conditions were windy, while this probably effected the heat, it still cooked very well.
    I'm impressed.

I really like the looks of the Blackstone products... But I already have a Camp Chef Pro90 with two burner griddle that I absolutely love cooking on! Using the two burner griddle I still have one free burner for my coffee pot, bean pot, toaster, etc.

I have both the 17" model for camping, & the 28" version for family cookouts....love them both.
