Old fashion cole slaw

    2 1/2 cups shredded cabbage
    2 tbs chopped parsley
    1 tbs chopped onion
    1 tbs pimiento

    DRESSING
    2 slices bacon
    1/2 c mayo
    2 tbs vinegar
    1/2 tsp salt

    Fry bacon until crispy, drain an crumble
    combine mayo with vinegar, salt and bacon crumbles
    In a bowl place the cabbage, parsley , onion and pimento, stir mayo mix into cabbage mixture and toss lightly.
    SERVES 4
