An actual portapotty that flushes and seals up nicely costs about $30 (and up) more than a luggable loo...treat yourself.

We have had someone sleep on a dinette literally head-to-head with a portapotty. No stinky.

How easy would it be to drain a portapotty into a trash bag for disposal?

Why ? Unless you're confining it in approved containment, I'm sure that's not what you want to put in a dumpster. They are meant to drain into toilets and dump stations. Trying to drain it into a trash bag just seems like asking for a bio-hazard spill.

Ya I do some boondocking and we use the Luggable Loo so we are used to packing it out in bags and just putting it in the trash when we get home.
