K i have a 1998 dutchman roof leaked and side panel finally just feel apart so while trying to remove the bad wood from siding it the siding starts to break all up. Any ideas on what to put back on this that's not going to break the bank

There is plenty to choose from. A 4x8 sheet of FRP goes for around $30. It comes in white or white. Its also pretty easy to work with.

I rebuilt my 1981 Starcraft , and covered the new luan,1x2 and foam roof in Bed Liner 4 years ago, and is still holding up, I think it was Grizzly Grip, you can pick from a bunch of colors, i just used white I used what was left of the old sides as a template, but added 2 inched for head room. I re-used the bottom aluminum rim, and got a new seal for it.
