Hi all. I have a camping trip to elkmont campground in the smokie mountains. Although I have a tarp awning attached to the camper I would like to bring either my EZ up canopy or my screenhouse. I'm leaning towards the canopy because there is some rain in the forecast. However if bugs are a problem then I could use the screenhouse and probably hang a tarp down the sides to help keep me dry. Anyone been there and could chime in? I do all my cooking outside so I'm really more concerned about keeping dry. My trip is coming up this month assuming hurricane Florance doesn't flood the campground. Cross my fingers. This has been a dream trip I've mine for many years.

I bring both EZ up and screen tent, then deploy which ever is most needed. Sometimes both!

I second bringing both. I do it on a regular basis. Screen room for eating, canopy for cooking.

I have a 12 X 12 canopy with sides, if needed. I use several Tiki touches, and bugs have never been a problem. We cook underneath the awing
