simple brake controller?

    You would need a seperate 7 way installed in your car as the brakes require a power wire to the battery. etrailer sells some simple kits where you plug in your 4 pole plug to the 7 pole plug and all you need to do is run a wire to the battery. They are quite easy to install.

    I would then recommend a prodigy wireless brake controller. They are pricey but its much more straight forward to use then wireing in a brake controller inside the car.

    I have to recommend the Curt Echo, control everything via your smart phone and brake pedal. Plug in, pair the Bluetooth and rock and roll.
