Saw recently that someone unhooked their battery on their ALINER when plugging into shore power on a water/electric site, but can't remember the reason??? May have had something to do w/ a blown fuse/battery over charge...got a Battery Minder 1510 for use here at the house that seems to be working well, anyone else use 'em? All for now lol...

I do not have an A Liner but I do not unhook my battery and see no reason to do so, the converter re-charges it and it need to be hooked up to do so.

Unless you have hoodlum kids in your neighborhood that happen to try and raise your A frame, while its locked down and burn the motor up. Ive disconnected my battery.

Batteries need to be disconnected for several reasons. Propane and C0 detectors will drain a battery. Most convertors don't do the best job of maintaining a battery, convertors are chargers.
