One of the holes where the screw attaches the swing level galley chain cover is broken out. Does anyone know what kind of plastic this is made of? Could I use the ABS/MEK goo to repair it? If not, I suppose a fender washer would work.

I think it is ABS, but it's very thin for such a repair. I'd use the fender washer, if you can live with it. I believe I've seen replacement covers for sale at a reasonable price.

Has anyone ever had to repair their swing level galley ? One of the nuts that holds the galley chain and lift gear was missing and the lift bar popped off. Got everything re-attached but the upper galley when lowered to the floor, sits a bit crooked when closing up the PUP. When we slide the bunks closed, one of them hits the faucet and it did not use to do that.

    Help.
