Just completed bungee change and peak seal change on my 2016 expedition. Follow the Aliner mfg video on the bungee replacement. It's a one man job and much faster using their method. Peak seals will require "long arms" to clean off the old seals I got the seal material from Aliner,pretty cheap...

Agreed..However in searching for a solution I've run across several post where sediment from the H/W heater end up in the cold side of the system. There's been no logical explanation though.

As suspected I found a clogged filter on the solenoid inlet (there is no pump on this model),tested after cleaning and had strong flow for about 2 seconds and it clogged again. So back to disassembly and I'll flush the lines this time. I hate to thing what the inlet on the pump for my fresh...

I can say with a fact that this unit does not have a propane furnace,heat pump only. I guess it was ordered for Florida use only,so the heat pump should be sufficient.

Okay so apparently I only have "climate control" when connected to "shore power" because I can find no evidence of a "furnace" on board. Seems a bit odd to make an "off road" version with no provisions for 12v heating.
