Can you dump gray water into the black tank?

Your valves need to be pointed in the same direction as you want the water to flow. As @Steveo4090 said, you have the cold water valve (blue line) pointed in the wrong direction. It needs to point towards the water heater, same with the red water line valve. I have the exact same Suburban water...- BikeNFish
