Thanks for the replies everybody, is there a certain way to replace them? Or is it as simple as remove canvas, remove board and install a new one?

They seem to be solid from what I can tell. I’m new to all this, is there a certain way to check them? I went inside and pushed on where the screws are and it seems to be tight on the side boards
