    Canopy Leg Extensions??

Looking into this a little... My feet measure 2 11/16" so a 2.5" x 2" coupler would work. I have plenty of 2" laying around for the feet / extensions. The couplers are $6.46 each, which would be $27.39 just in couplers so far:( Sure did miss pre covid prices

    Canopy Leg Extensions??

Sorry for the late responses to everyone. All have a great ideas. Hoping to have some time this weekend (is that even a thing?) to come up with something.

    Canopy Leg Extensions??

I didn't think about that, but that might work. Can you double stack? I wish someone made a kit.. something lightweight and easy. It looks like easy up used to, but not anymore I don't think.

    Canopy Leg Extensions??

Both great ideas. The feet won't fit in 2", but probably 3". Maybe some sort of coupler. Attached pictures. Might even grind off a smidge to get it into a 2.5" fitting. They don't make them long enough. At least I don't think 9" would cut it. Would have been great if they were a little longer.

    Canopy Leg Extensions??

Hi all. I hate the canopy on my popup. It's in good shape, but it's too small and a pain to setup. We just bought a 12 x 12 at Walmart for $120 and it's perfect except the legs are too short to go over the door. This past weekend we got rained on and it was such a pain hopping the 2' from the...

    Converter repair?

I can't remember what I paid for my PD 4100 but I think it was around $180. It has a switch for LA or lithium. Just this past month I finally got around to installing a lithium battery and my only way to charge it (so far) is with the converter. Plugged it in to shore power and it had it up 60%...

    Converter repair?

+1 for PD. Swapped my broken (only 8 years old) 8735 out and could not be happier. When my 8735 died I emailed / called the company... still waiting for a response. I did the same with PD and someone not only emailed me but also called back on a Sunday morning. Top notch.

    Skinny Drawer Slides?

Well this stinks, lol. I guess I'll see what I can come up with. I have the ones I linked saved and I just ordered a set that have the soft close with brackets (for the same price as the smaller Chinese ones without brackets). I think they'll work (hope).

    Skinny Drawer Slides?

This looks like what I need, but a good bit mroe then I would expect drawer slides to go for?

    Skinny Drawer Slides?

So we went camping this past weekend and one of the drawers broke on me. The slide has a small plastic piece that broke. At any rate, it won't really open or slid all the way. Looking for a replacement for the last hour and holy moly I can't figure this out (carpentry isn't my strong suit)...

2018 Pacifica 3500lb Towing Capacity, Recommendations

I just wanted to update this thread for anyone following / searching for answers. Just finished my longest trip with a Pacifica towing ~ 3500lbs and couldn't be happier with how it went. About 450 miles total. We stayed in Luray, which is also the most elevation change we've ever done. The van...

    Differences in Lithium Batteries

Great.. 10w and it needs to fit the top of the box. Easy enough. My local hardware place sells little rubber grommet pieces, I'm sure I could make something work. The 3M VHB stuff is amazing. I used that to remount my camper door rails to the ceiling. That stuff is awesome.

August 2023 - what did you do for your camper?

Because of this very reason I bought an RV Leveler from Amazon (levelmatepro). I think it was on sale for ~ $100 last year when I did. I installed it in a little project box right on the front of the frame. It connects to my phone so she can just stand there and watch. The only thing she has to...

    Differences in Lithium Batteries

Does anyone have pics of their solar battery tender mounted somewhere? Would be great to just leave it mounted... maybe to the top of the battery box? Also wanted to mention that I did have to buy a group 27 battery box for this. My old battery box was too small, but the 27 fits perfect.

    Differences in Lithium Batteries

No Sir, didn't cut off any parasitic draws. I just wanted to see what it would do. Still need to wire battery kill switch. So it was running at least the Co / gas detector and I'm sure other things.

    Differences in Lithium Batteries

Figured I'd update this thread. Installed the new battery a few weeks ago. I bought the one with the readout on top (was $10 more) that when you push the button it gives an idea of % left. No idea how accurate this is, but it started at 86%. Sitting in my house for a week or 2 it never dropped...

Fresh Water Tank w/Groove for Lift System?

Just so you all can visualize, this is my very odd ball water tank. 46.5 x 17.5 x 17.5 (minus the notch, lol)

Fresh Water Tank w/Groove for Lift System?

That's cheap enough. I might be able to do that and at least see what all that could do for my issues. The next time we go camping I'll take a look at how things drain and see if I can make that work. Of the places we camped this year only one didn't have sewer hookup. The 1.5" sump pump hose...

Fresh Water Tank w/Groove for Lift System?

That is something to think about. Right now I have 3/4" hose fitting coming out the bottom of the camper... whoever had that genius idea I don't know. I can hook a hose to it, but the flow slows way down and I'm constantly fighting it. The camper sits low and that amplifies the problem...
