Well, 2/3 of the floor fits!
Plated off the fresh water and 30 amp cord holes. Not pretty but should be effective.
Where the 30 amp cord is, I am going to install a 115 park power receptacle. Old magnatek converter went bye-bye.

IT might be a slow burn, but you started with one that had good bones... I know I would not have gone as far as you did, but... I get it... remove the not working items (galley) and replace with something that fits your camping style... Awesome build, looking forward to see where it goes.

One thing that annoys me about the frame is that the crosmembers sit just a bit higher than the boxed tube, creating a bit of a gap under the floor. Trying to jigger up a fix but I dont know that its worth the efffort.

Floor is in and screwed down. Copious amounts of screws. Came out sitting flatter than what I was worried about, but I did use some thin plywood shims above the frame. A little give near the seam, but the vinyl flooring I am hoping will help with that. Also got the Shore Power connection wired up. Surprisingly enough, it works!

Slow progress being made. Flooded with work right now.
Deleted outdoor 120 and brought it inside to plug the battery charger into. Need to find a funny sign or something to cover the hole with.
Sealed up the gaps between the subfloor and wheel wells with Proflex. I dont have a photo of this but i think it came out looking good. Many people complain about tooling the Proflex cause it's very sticky, but I had no problems.

Now I am starting to build the walls again. I bought some 5mm luan to replace the 2.7 mm that I originally used. Much stiffer, and it still fits into the top rail with a little massaging. I am at the point where I have to test fit everything every time I do something new now, and think four or five steps down the line.

Battery charger, 120 outlet and distro block will all go inside the little closet by the door, as well as a lithium battery when the time comes, so I have to wait on some more goodies from the blue van.
In the meantime I have primered that first piece of the wall. Hopefully that can go in tomorrow and I can mount the charger to it.
