John - Base recipe says theses are Ukrainian/Polish. I added some Italian touches.

Quick web search shows Ukrainian as deruny , Polish as Placki, and Italian as frittelle. So if it was me I have Mike add to the spreadsheet. “Deruny Placki frittelle patate alla Tarantina “

I have to see how this comes out, stuffed , smoked meatloaf. I decided to use the new portable smoker after burning it off for the trip!

Like 2 hrs 15 mins. 2 hrs at 225, then pumped it up to 350 for 15 mins. Stuffed with mozzerella provolone and spinach.

Hi all, Deb and I have to cancel this trip. Radiation Oncologist scheduled an MRI and Deb's 4th of 6 Chemo treatments for this week. We are going to miss you guys and the beautiful state park. Radiation is daily for 25 days so hopefully by Vermont Deb will be done all treatment. We'll see some of you at RI and the rest at VT have fun over the summer.
