A Little Experiment

I ordered a few camping items from Amazon yesterday and I'm having them delivered to me at the campground this weekend. I left specific instructions as to the location and site number. Now taking bets on whether or not the driver will actually come right to my came site.

No, my county park that I go to all the time. I’m betting the driver leaves it at the Ranger Station. But, if they make the extra effort and bring it to my campsite, I’ll have a cold beverage of their choice waiting for them.

And it should be coming via an Amazon Driver.

I almost tried ot once. But sometimes the shipments dont get thier on time. So my fear was missing the shipment.

Is there a point where they would have to pay a fee to enter? Not every park offers free admission to delivery drivers.

No fee to enter.

They delivered to the park office, ignoring all the instructions.

I was watching them on the progress map and just went down to the office to get my package.

I'm thinking for deliveries like this, it's like an apartment building, where deliveries often go to a central spot, such as the office.
I have seen pizza deliveries a couple of times in KOA, from town restaurants. (Some KOAs have on-site food delivery. The Lazydays KOA in Tucson actually has a restaurant on-site, open to the general public, not just those staying in the campground. They will deliver to your campsite.)
