No April Fools here - yet another month has passed.

For those needing it, here's your battery charge reminder.

We have plans for the camper today. We'll uncover it, after two days of winds, it is pretty calm (so far) today. I can start to move bedding and other stuff out of the house. We can make more detailed plans for the repairs on the list, and I can get measurements for a wall organizer I hope to make.
We need to find the manufacture date on the batteries, since I cannot find a notation as to when we bought them. I believe it was 4 years ago, and we'd had the previous ones for 4 years. If I remember correctly, I was told that was about the lifespan. Our first dry trip is June/July. for 9 nights. I don't want to discover that the batteries are not up to snuff then.

We got the TT uncovered. I think the cover gets more difficult to jam back in its box every time, but we managed. Topped up the batteries. Can't find a manufacture date easily. We're having a discussion about whether to just replace them or to test them on our first trip. We'll have FHU, so we could just not plug in and see how they hold a charge under use, with the backup to plug in.
We brought the new foam and the vinyl cushion covers in and put them in the sun room to warm up. We figure both will be a bit more cooperative if warm.
I have to re-think the organizer I was planning to make. The wall space in my mind's eye is wider than real life.
We figure it'll get snowed on at least once more, but it is nice to have easier access to the interior. I just need to remember to close the roof vents if it does snow. We discovered wind-blown snow goes under the MaxxAir vent covers and through the vents to the inside.

Didn’t go camping this weekend because of a bad back and kind of glad I didn’t go as we are getting hit with high winds and storms.

I still have the camper open in the driveway which is where I am right now. More like being at sea as the camper is rocking and rolling with the winds. But I have the beds made and I may sleep here tonight.

Brought it home yesterday, didn't do anything with it because of high winds, can't do anything today as I work all day today on my 2nd fun job. Will sneak out to it during the week this week as I still work at home , hopefully until at least Jun 2024.

New seat cushions are covered and back in the TT. Took a laundry basket of sheets and towels out, so at least they're in the trailer. Put bowls of baking soda in the fridge and freezer. They seemed fresh enough, but since they've been sitting open all winter in the RV antifreeze-scented trailer, I thought it was a good idea.
Began to inventory paper goods, etc. before I ran out of time.
Closed the roof vents, since we're supposed to have high winds for the next few days, I don't need to have any more grit inside than necessary.

Which one did you get, the 3500 or 5000? Would be interested in a review once you use it for a bit.
I went with the 3500 lbs one. So far it seems pretty good. I will write a small review with a few pics towards the end of the season. We usually camp about 6-8 times a year so I will have an idea how it works.

Ok, I did this for myself, but I did it for camping! I hope this is ok, it is not spam, at least not intentionally spam. We bought our HW277 from Bish's RV in Coldwater MI. If you search for that on youtube, one of the videos is from Josh the RV Nerd who works for them. That video and the fact that they had that model on the lot went a long way to us buying this model. In his video he joked, "That's not a camper, it's a fully functional death star!" I decided, after getting Josh's permission, to have this T-shirt made.
