Looking for Campgrounds near D.C.

So we'll be touring the landmarks in D.C. and would love to find a campground nearby that would have have shuttle service into the city. We want to spend 3-4 days in the area before heading to CT for the Mystic Rally on July 24th.

Duncan's Family Campground is just south of the District, just off of Route 4 (which becomes Pennsylvania Avenue at the DC line)

They are in Lothian, MD

You can't beat Cherry Hill for location. They are right on the edge of DC. They are more of an RV resort than a campground.

Thanks for the recommendations! We did some checking around and ultimately decided on the KOA in Frederickburg/D.C. The price was right and we liked the idea of shuttles and tours into the city for sightseeing. Since we're ahead of schedule for the Mystic rally we'll be at the KOA for 8 days.
