Looking for Roof Seal for 2004 Rockwood

We are fixing some water damage on our 2004 Rockwood Freedom 2270 roof. I want to replace the seal/gasket thing, because I don’t want to clean it! I can’t find it online. Can I use a different kind? Also does anyone know a good source of parts for a Rockwood PUC? E9FD9F8B-B50F-49EF-AE88-59C4282FA381.jpeg

I have the same question, but for a Starcraft Pup. What to call it, how to measure it, etc...
I may be able to help you with that! I found this online:

So I think it’s just called “roof seal” and Its sold by the foot. I feel like I should be able to use this kind, but I was just hoping someone would say that they had switched out theirs (with the same size part that slides into the roof channel of course) with success.

I have decided to call some dealers tomorrow and see what I can track down.

Great news, please share what you find out. I looked on hannarv.com Anyway, they list a front roof seal for StarCraft as a separate item, looking at all the roof seals they look identical to me.

Were you able to track down the seal you were looking for? I have a '97 Rockwood and am looking for the exact same seal. Can't seem to find it anywhere unfortunately.

Hanna RV has 3/8" T width, my channel is about 1/2*, the existing seal is 7/16". I'm afraid it wouldn't be very tight. I'd rather get larger and cut it down, than to have it loose

Yes! I emailed Forest River. It took them a day or 2 to get me in touch with their parts representative. After a few emails back and forth I was able to order “bulb seal” by the foot (and new corner braces) and pay for expedited shipping. They are supposed to get here tomorrow!

I skipped the “find a dealer” option and just emailed them directly and it worked. But it did take some persistence. I found a dealer too, but that was moving much more slowly. I realize now that the parts person at the dealer was just going back and forth with the Forest River person anyway, so it was much easier to handle it directly!

Do you know if there's a video available on installing this type? I can find videos for other types but not the one where it slides into a channel. It looks like it's fairly easy to install
