Closing in on the last few weeks of our trip, we get to call the Marquette Tourist Park home for a few nights.
It was a great choice for a base camp. There are wooded, lakeside and pull thru spots in the open, for every type of camper. We were again on 30amp only, with water as we arrived by a very clean and grassy dump station.
Just outside of the largest city in the UP, quick access to many local attractions and an hour to Picture Rocks in Munising, MI for a nice boat tour. We also stopped by Lakenenland, a free art exhibit. We didn't take them up on the free tent camping, TT didn't seem to fit in to the group. A PUP sure could have.
