Hi, I can’t seem to find a you-tube on how to remove a slideout on a 2010 Jayco Jay 1206, I need to repair the subfloor under it and think by removing the slideout would make removing the rotted subfloor much easier.

Please help I’m planning to to start this Saturday

Thank you .

Wow, that's a tough job. Good luck. I didn't remove my slideout from my coleman, but I put some flooring down underneath it to make it look good. For the coleman, I removed the "kick plate cover" on the interior. it was about twenty screws. Once that was removed I could see the rails the slide out moves on. I think to remove the whole thing the stops on the ends of the rails would be removed (as well as the tenting fabric!) and the whole unit will slide all the way out. You'll need to bring a friend to this party to help. Enjoy!

Did you find any info? I’m trying to do the same. Thanks.

No, I did not find anything, but I removed it was pretty easy, if you slide it out and threw the outside, get under it and you will see four boths on each side remove them and it comes loose, you can remove the rails where the canvas is atttache or remove the canvas.
Is a two people job, carefully tilt it back while lifting the front and carry it out.

I had to remove the whole floor...
