Replacing Cushion covers

Well I'm finally getting around to it-redoing my cushions. Here is the old fabric in the middle and the new fabric on the outside cushions. The nice semi-solid color I picked up enough to do one side for only $1.50/yd. That was all they had [:(] Nice velvet feel. The plaid is a bit harsher and meant for the bottom side (old cover was vinyl on the bottom) was only $3.00/yd. However, I sort of have a reversible set up now! I can change my decor when the mood hits me!

So far, only the 4 dinette cushions are done but making quick progress!
Before I toss them (since they are still usable), I figured I'd offer up my old covers to anyone who could use them. Just pay shipping. The sizes available (all 4" thick):
21.5" x 44.5" (two)
15" x 44.5" (two)
16.5" x 41"
16.5" x 35"
16.5" x 24.5"
16.5" x 18.5" (two)
31.5" x 22.5"
36" x 26"
41.5" x 22.5"

A couple have a small hole or two poked in the vinyl, and one (I think) has some duct tape fixing a hole. Zippers all function fine.

Re: Replacing Cushion covers - going, going, ....

So, I finished all the cushions and replaced the covers on my last camping trip over the long weekend (actually Wednesday night through noon Monday) [:D]

Here is the Gaucho before:

And now:

And since the back side was a different fabric (they didn't have enough of the preferred used on the fronts), they are reversible (in part)!

Or all together (except I didn't think about matching the pattern [:O]):

So I don't think I'll be showing this setup often!

So, if you like the old fabric, and have a need for any or all of the sizes listed above, PM me. Otherwise, they are going in the trash [:(]

Love them! I kept my old fabric on and just put the new covers over. [LOL]. I hear ya' on the pattern match. Matching from cushion to cushion for a seamless look has NOT been fun. I have two left to do and because of the pattern, need to buy more fabric [V]

Very nicely! Looks professionally done. Excellent job.

Plaids can sometimes be a pain to match up the pattern on, but I wouldn't worry about it. It looks good.

Well done!

Nice job, Maybe I'll get around to doing the same. My '93 Coleman cushions are getting ratty at the corners. Mine are mounted on plywood though. Stapling instead of sewing [:D].

Replacing Cushion covers - old ones going, going...

Thanks all for the kind words. Now I just have to get another 7 yards of something to do the bottoms of the mattress covers. They are falling apart. I have a funky brown with some squared-off O's scattered about. The brown goes good with the green cushions but they will be covered with sheets or sleeping bags so I was not too concerned about a match.

No takers on the old covers? So, going, going, gone?
