Interesting videos. As mentioned though, use the tape more appropriate for your need. I honestly still keep regular tape on hand mainly because the residue is easier to clean when I get a chance to do the appropriate repair. So for a quick just get me by for a few days repair the simple tape is more than sufficient and the goo is a little easier to clean up later. Now for an awning repair the all weather gorilla tape I used is kicking butt. Something the regular tape fails at. Honestly though I don't need to use a lot of tape on a camping trip. Funny thing, Paracord has been used way way more.

We always carry Gorilla tape in the tow vehicle. I’ve had to tape down the vent before getting a better Maxxfan replacement. It’s happened on the road a couple of times with the Aliner and once with the KODIAK on the side of the highway. Scary at times. Plus, we’ve help other campers with Gorilla Tape repairs; screen doors, vinyl windows and fabric tears on PopUp’s, vinyl boats and plumbing leaks at the campsite. Never leave home without it. Good luck trying to remove it. It’s very difficult.

Happy Camping…[put&hy]
