I am really surprised that I did not know of Wolf Creek. It is exactly the sort of campground I used to search out for motorcycle camping!

I’m pretty sure you will like it. I’ve been camping here since 1980. Lots of great memories, and it’s hardly changed at all.
I usually stay off the water because of my senior dog who doesn’t see so well. But those spots on water were favorites when I used to take the grands and we boated a lot. This hot weather is sure getting on my nerves, and I’m itching for a fall breeze so we can all sit outside and chill!

easy for all ages:
a. yarn “ojo de Dios” eye of God.
supplies: 2 sticks (dowels or found sticks) and
lots of yarn in asstd colors. (leftovers.) yarn acquired

(i gave moms 15 bucket stash to her church & i dont knit or crochet)

b. “tye dye” t-shirts.
byo shirts? i will bring dyes, paints, stencils.
need some styrofoam egg cartons for dipping - cut in half for 6 colors

c. (for older kids) semi practical: egg carton sawdust firestarters
supplies: cedar shavings ( hamster cage filler)
paper egg cartons
candle wax (i have some on hand.)

Site #29. I think it's the same one we had last year.

This is all dependent on if my sister can come down and help/watch my dad. He's okay most of the time but we don't want him being left alone that long.

Adrian, I hope your Dad is going to be alright. You actually may be in the site next to the one y’all had last year. I think Tminus and family might be in the one you had before. They are all good and fortunately close. We have a nice group and if anyone has a Sept birthday, let us know so Txbum can add name to his cake.
