I have no manuals on the unit
Model C200S installed in a 2016 Expedition.
Basically I have no water flow (a trickle) when I depress the flush button. I don't hear any pump noise (Is there one ?). Just for info purposes I've had to open up all of the waterlines to the sink in order remove sediment build up and I'm wondering if this could be the problem with the toilet. Looking for guidance prior to dis -assembling the unit.

Ours has a pump that you can here as a definite medium pitched hum along with a rather strong stream of water that's meant to spiral around the bowl. It sounds like yours isn't working correctly, but am unable to say where the problem may lie.

Ok so a pump model, tou have powe to the fuse in the toilet itself, or at the converter. There is a seprate fuse in the toilet, that may require some disassembley. Or so I am told. Its on the pump itself. If you have flow, A trickle, the impeller may be jammed up. You have to remove it and see if thats the problem. Or the lines could be clogged with stuff.

3amp fuse at the toilet is good. I have power to and thru it.
I agree the pump inlet may be clogged,I've got to find the pump though.On my particular installation the pump switch and "warning light" are mounted remotely. They're not attached to the bowl assembly.

Pump is maybe under the tolet paper holder, or on mine it was under the bellows. Look on the top for something that comes out on the top of the sides.

nope not my model
However, this one is the same family

I should be able to open it up tomorrow (wx permitting)
There doesn't appear to be a pump as it relies on system (city/or fresh water pump w/onboard water) for pressure with nothing but a solenoid valve to allow water flow.
It took me 4-5 hours of searching to find this video,I must have skipped over it a dozen times...

As suspected I found a clogged filter on the solenoid inlet (there is no pump on this model),tested after cleaning and had strong flow for about 2 seconds and it clogged again. So back to disassembly and I'll flush the lines this time.
I hate to thing what the inlet on the pump for my fresh water tank looks like....

Ouch. Thats not good. Flush everything if you can. Use the tub spigot if you can so your screens dont get clooged. Or remove them from all the outlets and flush it good.

Is this mineral deposits or does it appear to be organic. If mineral deposits you might want to add vinegar to your fresh water tank before you flush. If organic a standard sterilizing process with bleach would help.

okay here's the root of the problem. Poor preventative maintenance by the previous owner..

That shouldn't be getting into the cold water. I would hope the toilet is fed with cold water. Lol.

Agreed..However in searching for a solution I've run across several post where sediment from the H/W heater end up in the cold side of the system. There's been no logical explanation though.

It will happen in the flaucets since both hot and cold run through them. On the toilet? I dont think so.
