Also, you can attach photos directly to a post by clicking the "Attachments and Other Options" at the bottom of your post before you submit it.

Just don't overload PUP with photos please. We still have to pay for the space. If I find members are abusing the feature, I'll have to turn it off.

Thanks,

The Management.

I know this is an old thread but have some questions.

  1. Is there a limit to album sizes?
  2. How can I modify or delete and album or media in it?
I had created an album to add pictures into and now if I try to add to it, it errors out on size. So I thought I would delete media I had in it so I could resize them down but can't figure out how to delete them... When I select pictures to "Moderate", deleting isn't an option.

What am I missing?

Just add photos using the "Attach Files" button. This will put photo into the current post you are working on. You'll have the option of inserting a thumbnail or the full size photo into the post.

Please do try to keep the individual photo size down. What I normally do on my iPhone is I email the photo from the iPhone, selecting an image size below 1mb, to myself and then post those photos here on PUP.

I thought an album to store pictures of modifications, wiring and tech info on what's in our old Palomino would be good and helpful. Maybe I'll just host them somewhere else and link/insert them when needed.

Your more than welcome to insert them with a post as described above or put them in an album. I have found putting them in an album can be a bit of a PITA over just inserting them into an post.

Hosting them off site can be a pain too as those service can change their options and either start charging or close.
