What is it?

Hello group,
I'm Jim and just acquired my first Popup.
It's a 2002 Viking 25ft.
There is a plastic pull down on the ceiling about the size of a paper towel holder but it's not.
Attached is a pic..... what is it and it's purpose.

It is a clothes rack. Although do be careful how much you put on it as they are only held on by tiny screws and tape. Personally I put a bath rod in front of each bunk resting on top of the curtain track on mine to do the same purpose.
