Our rally is official!
Sept. 6-8, 2019
Wolfcreek Park, Lake Livingston, Coldspring, TX
Reservation window opens 7/8/19. 936-653-4312 trinityra.org

I have reserved sites 13 & 14 for wagonmaster and central activities.

PUP members confirmed; Lonestarcamper (4), Txbum (2), Txbum Sis (2), Merlin 14 (2), Sallugo (4?), Phoodieman (2), T-minusRetire (5), Russ (3), Austin40somethingnewbies (2), Koshea23 (2), Maria Faith (3)

Here is our rally schedule.
All meals and activities are near campsite 14 (look for PopupPortal Banner). For meals, please provide paper goods and utensils.

Wed-Thurs 9/4-9/5 Early campers settle in.

Fri 9/6 - 6 -9 pm Our traditional “welcome campers meal” will be served to make your setup easier. It’s simple, but filling!

Sat 9/7 - 9 am Gentlemen's’ Breakfast-guys gather to bring and cook breakfast for all. Practice those pancakes Papas!

Sat 9/7 - Games, prizes, and fellowship all day!

Sat 9/7- 6:30 pm “Potluck Supper” Bring your “summertime” favorite foods to share with all. Suggestion to bring enough for your group plus 2-4 more.
Dessert- Wagonmaster Homemade ice cream!

Sun 9/8 -9 am Meet for coffee, byo breakfast, group photo, say “so long and bye, bye summer” to those hitting the road till next time.

Mon 9/9. Diehards leave too!

Our camper is parked until next spring. We're expecting our 4th at the end of August and until next spring we're either too far along to really consider camping or she'll be too young and keep everyone up all night. Looking forward to reading the posts and checking out the pictures from your trip though!

Congratulations on the upcoming addition to the family! I wasn’t sure if she had already arrived or not. Looking forward to meeting the newest Glover next year I hope!

I might be able to make this one, but the fall schedule with scouts and school hasn't been set yet, so I won't know my availability until later. Chances are good it would likely be just me, but if the weekend is free my son might tag along as well. Just have to wait and see how the year falls into place.

Kathleen and I are at a %90 yes on the Fall Rally. Hope it turns out in our favor and will be good to see everybody again. We haven't been out in over a year and have planned and booked a double location trip to test our mettle. Three days at Palmetto SP then directly to Bastrop SP over the July 4TH week.

Well, goodness! Y’all need to get out there! I was at Bastrop St Park for the Music Festival in May. We look forward to seeing you guys!

Sorry I can't make Sept 13-15 (being that I'm a shift worker) but I did vote for Sept 6-8 weekend. T-minusRetire is down to 7 months & 26 days

All of us retirees can do Sept 6-8, and no one else has cast a vote, so if y’all can do 6-8; we will change our vote. The booking window for Sept 6-9 will open July 8.
I need to hear from Sallugo and Phoodieman if this will work for them. Then I will post as an official rally with the date. Robin

Ok guys, I need feedback so I can post the official rally.
PLEASE VOTE AT THE TOP OF THE THREAD.
I know some cannot make the 13-15 date. It will be cooler 20-22. But several of us are retired and can do any date. I want to accommodate all if possible.

My wife and I are very interested. Many questions. What should we wear? Are there secret handshakes? Is there a "what happens at the rally, stays at the rally situation?"
