Mark your calendars for the weekend of April 17-19, 2020. Proposed gathering at beautiful TRA’s Wolfcreek Park the weekend after Easter. 60 day booking window opens Feb 17.
Feedback needed from y’all on whether this is of interest.
Last rally at Lake Texana Jan 17-20 was great!

Welcome to our group Bill! I am taking a poll of who is interested. See above. I will be going regardless of rally making or not because Wolfcreek has been my favorite for over 35 years.
The park is Trinity River Authority run. Open March thru Nov. There is a 60 day booking window online or by phone. We usually rally in sites 11-30 wagon wheel sites, but if you are single, try a waterfront site too.
Amenities include full hookups, water/electric sites, swimming area, playground, volleyball and basketball courts, putt putt golf, a complete marina store with gas, double boat ramps, fish cleaning station, and night security.
At our rallies, we plan pot luck meals in advance via the portal, and communicate the same way. We play games, campfire, and crafts for kids. I guarantee you will like us!

We're in! We're thinking of camping the previous weekend near our family (to make it a yearly thing since that time last year was when my dad's funeral was), but I think we could pull off two back to back.

I'm going to bring my Celestron 8 SE SCT. May be the skies will be clear enough for some good viewing.

Nice looking setup Phoodie. Looks like it collapses down much better than my dob, plus the computer control and tracking motor really help with finding and staying on objects.

Phoodie that is really nice. I hope Adrian brings his as well. We have invited Russ’s son and family from Austin to come and join us for the rally too. Fingers crossed for great weather! I will be bringing my remaining kayak for fishing!

That’s a good site Adrian! Looking forward to seeing your family. It’s a laid back, unofficial, Wagonmaster vacant gathering of friends
